Coby CSMP160

$65.00 Released February, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Unique, curved appearance is sleek and attractive. Sound quality is decent enough for the price point. Includes a remote control--a feature not necessarily standard at this price.

The Cons:LCD backlight is extremely bright and can't be turned off. Doesn't allow you to adjust the alarm volume at all--it defaults to very loud. Many have reported the screen going out after a few months of use.

The Coby CSMP160 is an alarm clock and dock for the iPod. This is similar to the Coby CSMP162 in most respects, but has a design that focuses on a more unified, sleek look. The speakers are only half as strong as well with a total power output of 6 Watts.
