The iHome iA100ZE is a simple docking station that critics describe as an alarm clock strapped with an iPad. Unlike many of the docks already on the market, the iA100ZE plays and charges iPads, iPods, and iPhones.

Plus it comes with a free iHome+Sleep application download that provides custom alarms, sleep statistics, social media alerts, weather alerts, overnight news, and more. In addition to that, the docking station hosts Bongiovi Digital Power Station technology, which improves audio quality in “comprised” environments like cars and planes, and which restores details typically lost in compressed audio formats.
