iLive IH328B
$90.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:Unique visual aesthetic stands out and looks good. Operation is very simple whether from the unit or the remote. Preset EQ settings allow for some sound customization.
The Cons:Included remote is very small, may get lost easily. Bass is noticeably weaker than the mids and highs. Blue LEDs around the CDs can't be turned off and are quite bright in the dark.
The iLive IH328B is a hi-fi sound system featuring two CD-RW players AND a universal iPod dock. Included also are RCA & auxiliary line-in jacks for hooking up DVD or MP3 players. The system even hosts a set of composite-video outputs, so that users can transfer iPod or DVD video content directly to a television set.

Suffice it to say, the IH328B is basically a low-level at-home theater system; it even hosts a batch of full-range speakers for authentic theater-quality sound. Other notable aspects include digital AM/FM radio, a digital clock with a timer function, and a wireless remote control.
Additional Information
If you don’t need neither an extra CD player nor video output, consider the cheaper IH319B model.
