A large white backlit LCD screen is on front which has a clock with timer that can hold three alarm times in memory, as well as a wake up and snooze alarm. A unique feature is the motion sensor which can be set to turn the unit on when it detects movement. You can also plug in an external audio source via the audio inputs and a composite video out is included for watching video from your devices on a connected TV. Speakers are 7cm cones and a Sound Turbo function is provided for extra bass response. This was released in September of 2009 along with the more basic (and battery powered) RA-P51 and is compatible with the latest iPhone 3GS and iPod Nano 5G devices.
