The JVC RA-P51 is a boom-box style iPod/iPhone docking station that has an FM tuner with clock radio and can run on batteries as well as AC power. The maximum sound output is 4W per speaker and there is also a surround function.

Released in September of 2009 along with the NX-PN10, this version is less than half the price with only 2W less power output and battery option, although it only has one iPod/iPhone dock where that model has two docks as well as remote control and video output. On to this model, the white backlit LCD screen shows the time, day and month, and a wake up timer with snooze function is included as well as a 20 station memory FM Tuner. Audio inputs are also featured which lets you plug in another audio device such as an MP3 or CD player for listening through the speakers. Compatible with iPhone 3G.
