The XS-SR3J's rotational dock allows for horizontal viewing of video and comes with four clips for different iPod models. The XS-SR3J also comes equipped with a 2 channel analog audio in/digital audio in jack for use with portable game consoles such as the PSP or Nintendo DS.
The XS-SR3J's Dolby Virtual Surround technology and Neodymium Magnet speakers allow for a simulated surround sound effect meant to enhance the viewing experience that an iPod video or iPod Touch offers as well as the gaming experience handheld consoles offer. Its rotational dock is meant to further enhance this experience, offering a horizontal view of any iPod Touch while still enhancing the iPod's sound. The XS-SR3J can still provide an enhanced listening experience for older-generation iPods due to its multi-clip docking holder.
