The RCA Ri503 is a portable iPod docking speaker system that comes equipped with a wireless remote control. It distinguishes itself from the RCA Ri500 in that is it is larger, weighing in at 9 pounds compared to the Ri500’s 3 pounds.

The Ri503 has a powerful built-in subwoofer. The portable feature requires 6 C batteries to operate.  It features digital AM/FM Radio with presets. The Ri503 also acts as an iPod charger when the iPod is docked. It is powered by a 12V AC adaptor that is in included in the package for operating when not in portable mode.
