The key to the HD-1, besides its iPod functionality, is its 100% free access to the 2000+ HD radio stations in America, not to mention the thousands of FM HD2/HD3 channels. Plus the unit supports iTunes tagging wherein song information is recorded, so that the next time the user logs into iTunes, they can find and download the song they liked. Also included is a video output for transmitting to a compatible television, a large LCD display for viewing song data, and a headphone jack.
